Lincolnshire County Council
|Headteacher:||Miss Sharon Marsden|
|Chairman of Governors:||Mr A Dunsmore|
Waddingham School is a community primary school taking children aged 4 to 11 years.
On behalf of the staff and governors I would like to welcome you and your child to Waddingham Primary School. We believe that our school is a special place and we hope your child will enjoy his/her time with us.
Our school can be found in the heart of Waddingham, where there is a strong sense of community. It is a popular school and is well equipped with all the latest technology. We have an extensive playing field and playground area which the children enjoy using for break times and their outdoor education. Waddingham Primary School has three well equipped classrooms, a computer suite, a library and a hall.
Governors and staff work together to provide a high standard of education for all our pupils, within a happy, stimulating and secure learning environment. We encourage pupils to take responsibility for their learning, to grow in confidence and become more independent. We are keen to promote a sense of personal fulfilment through learning, as well as strong moral values and respect for others in our community. We believe that our emphasis on good behaviour is essential so that all children can achieve their potential and that children learn best when staff and parents work together with them, in close partnership. We value your involvement with your child’s education and if you feel you can help in any way, your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
This prospectus is written to help answer some of the questions you may have and to tell you more about us. If there is anything else you wish to know, please contact the school or arrange a visit. We hope the years your child spends with us will be happy and productive and we look forward to meeting you.
